Entrepreneurial growth has been skyrocketing with new ventures hiring at 13% above that of last year. Unlike large corporations who cut costs during economic downturns entrepreneurial firms tend to have better retention.
A recent article in Forbes Magazine states t between entrepreneurial owned versus non-entrepreneurial owned companies that are publicly traded, entrepreneurial companies have better performance in during both good and bad economies.
