Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resource and creativity that the client already has.

Q: Why Hire an ICF Credentialed Coach?
Certification or Certification Pending from the International Coach Federation (ICF) is extremely important when considering which coach to hire. It means the coach:
• Has received professional training from a program specifically designed to teach coaching skills in alignment with the ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics
• Has demonstrated a proficient understanding and use of the coaching competencies as outlined by the ICF

A: The relationship between coach and client is built on trust. It is important to select a professional who understands your unique needs and whom you feel comfortable with. A. I work closely with smart, high achieving CEO’s, International Business Executives, Project Managers and tomorrow’s Business Leaders who: A. want to clarify their professional goals and / or make a career transition; B. have the passion and talent to advance to the next level of their career; C. seek support and insight to improve their performance. My clients have diverse backgrounds in technology, manufacturing, health and medicine, banking and finance, education, non-profit, theater, hospitality, culinary arts, interior design, building trades, legal, security and law enforcement.
Q. What is the standard turn around time for résumés and cover letters?
A. The key to a well-branded, highly-marketable resumes and related materials is the interview process. As a Certified Resume Writer and Executive Coach I ask probing, industry and career related questions to uncover your strengths, quantifiable accomplishments, and unique value. Interviews range from 1 to 3, 90- minute meetings. Once the interview process is completed, you can expect to receive your completed project in 7 to 10 business days. Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee.
Q: How are appointments handled?
A. I am available to meet with you Monday to Thursday: 9AM – 7PM, in-personby phone, SKYPE (amditta) aand email. Offices are located in Westchester and Manhattan.

A. No two people are exactly alike; we tailor coaching programs to turn your specific challenges into wins. Programs are available for career exploration and transition, job search strategy, career advancement and performance improvement.
